Hi! I'm Dewi! My full name is Dewi Zwiers - van Dreven, and I make art that makes you happy. My style? Often imaginative cartoon illustrations and paintings that simply feel *happy*. Every piece of work I create is a bit of an expression of myself - a way to transform emotions and everyday situations into something visually beautiful and, most importantly, something that puts a smile on your face.

Since I started working as an independent artist, I have taken a big step. Previously, I was a successful family and wedding photographer for nine years (2015 to 2023). That experience not only helped me develop myself as an entrepreneur, but also to find the courage to pursue my dream! Namely: completely following my own path as an artist. It was exciting, but such a liberating choice. I am grateful that I get to do what I love every day!

And you know, I really believe that my creativity is a gift. It gives me such a huge boost of joy to work with my hands. It really feels like something that God gave me and that I want to walk in with all my heart. And I hope that when you look at my art, you feel that same joy. That you can see yourself in my work, whether you just enjoy the colors or express yourself in the shapes that I create.

I think my work speaks to people who want to embrace themselves, who want to brighten up their living space or even give their clothing style a boost with something unique. It’s for those who aren’t afraid to show themselves, for people who are looking for color, joy and a little bit of wonder in their lives.
