• Conditions: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

• When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

• How will I receive my refund? The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your order.

• Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
