Shipping Policy

At Dewi van Dreven Creations, we ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely—no matter where you are in the world!

1. Processing Time

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

2. Shipping Costs

We ship from two different fulfillment locations.
If you order products from both locations, you will be charged two separate shipping rates. The maximum shipping cost is €6.95 within the Netherlands and €8.95 within Europe.

Netherlands: For orders within the Netherlands, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 from Fulfillment Location 1 and €2.00 from Fulfillment Location 2.
Free shipping is available for orders over €75.00.

Europe: Shipping costs to other European countries are €6.95 from Fulfillment Location 1 and €2.00 from Fulfillment Location 2.
Orders over €75.00 qualify for free shipping.

Outside Europe: Shipping rates and options are available upon request.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands: Fulfillment Location 1: 1–5 business days, Fulfillment Location 2: 3–7 business days

Europe: Fulfillment Location 1 & 2: 3–10 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays due to customs clearance or other external factors may occasionally occur.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders: For orders outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Dewi van Dreven Creations.
Customs processing: Please note that customs procedures may cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control.

5. Damaged or Missing Orders

Damaged products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@dewivandreven.com, including a photo of the damaged item. We will provide a suitable solution.
Missing orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Delivery Conditions

Shipping address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Missed delivery: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for picking up your package at a pickup location or scheduling a second delivery attempt.
